Student Diversity

Northridge encourages a diverse student body and actively seeks qualified students from a wide range of geographical, socioeconomic, and racial and ethnic backgrounds. The intermingling of city and suburban youths, of all ethnic mixes, the well-off and not so well-off reflects the diversity of society itself and deepens the understanding and outlook of all involved. The commonality of all NRP students, whatever their color, creed or background, is to want to do their best. The commonality of all NRP parents is a genuine commitment to their sons' development of mind, will and character, and to the goals and ideals of Northridge.

Enrollment

Northridge Prep prides itself on the diversity of its student body. From its beginnings in 1976, Northridge's enrollment has grown from 33 students to more than 290 boys from all over the greater Chicago metropolitan area. Northridge draws students from as far away Wisconsin, Elgin, and Darien. The school also hosts several international students who come primarily from Mexico and Spain.
